Also, I have PDF generation working using pdfjadetex; this cuts out the .dvi
and .ps steps, which I think is a good thing, and gets the images working
using only PNGs. The images are still fuzzy, but that's no worse than the
EPS situation.

I'll commit the changes to hordeadmin/ in a few; Eric, I'll leave it up to
you about updating userguide/, but I think we can move to this without
losing anything, and simplifying things in the process.
