Cannot Add client

I'm using Head versions of both Horde and Hermes.
The problem i'm experienceing is that i cannot add a client list.
The config page looks normal but when i add a client it returns. (with the
little thumbs up) that client 0s was added sucsessfully but there are no
clients.
