Horde Vacation Notice not autoreply

Hello,
I was able to configure "Vacation Notices" page on Horde mail.
After I Set/install vacation notice, enter the password and hit "submit", 
a blank page appears and I don't get a confirmation page. 
It does not automatically reply with vacation notice to incoming emails.
Is there anything wrong? Is it because FTP support is not on? How do I fix 
this problem?
