can I have vacation and forward at the same time?

We installed a new Horde, with the following modules:
Horde Version
* Horde: 3.1.3
Horde Applications
* Forwards: H3 (3.0)
* Horde: 3.1.3
* Imp: H3 (4.1.3) (run Imp tests)
* Ingo: H3 (1.1.1) (run Ingo tests)
* Kronolith: H3 (2.1.2)
* Passwd: H3 (3.0) (run Passwd tests)
* Turba: H3 (2.1.2) (run Turba tests)
* Vacation: H3 (3.0)
PHP Version 4.3.10-16
Everything works pretty well, but it seems that we can't set up a
vacation message and a forward that are active simultaneouly.
Setting one up disables the other.
What did we do wrong?
How can we get them to work together?
