Initial Comment:
Appearently SourceForge has changed the hostname of the
CVS server from cvs.sourceforge.net to
phpeclipse.cvs.sourceforge.net.

The files phpeclipse-extssh.psf and
phpeclipse-pserver.psf both refer to the old hostname.
