Hi,
   I use Eclipse 3.1 and I'm trying to install a version of PHPEclipse
for that version.
   When I try to install from
http://phpeclipse.sourceforge.net/update/releases, it says that there
isn't any component to be installed, and in this page there are only
some XMLs, but not the files to be installed.
   How are the procedures to install?
