Starting work on PHPEclipse 1.3.x

Everyone, 

Two things i want to go over. I know PHPE has looked dead, but the team
just got busy with life. I have time coming up and i think scorphus does
as well. So we are going to start working on fixing up PHPE.

1.
I know there was one issue left for 1.2.2, however after talking with
MauroC, it sounds like the new AST will fix this issue. So my question
is, can i just branch/tag 1.2.1 and if that issue is fixed do it in that
branch and i can start working in trunk on 1.3.0? (I think 1.3.0 is
development number 1.4.0 will be the release, however if 1.3.0 goes well
it may become 2.0.0).

2.
Also i have an e-mail that the phpeclipse.com domain is coming up for
renewal. If you want the e-mail just reply and ask for it. I will
forward it to you. Anyone that wants to donate to the renewal let me
know. I will renew it for another 5 or so years. The renewal price is
10.69. I will let you know exactly how many years i renew it.
