new Galileo version

I had difficulty getting PHPEclipse to load into the new eclipse version.
I couldn't remember how I loaded it the last time, but used help, install
new software (or something like that), and pasted in:
http://update.phpeclipse.net/update/stable/1.2.x. I don't have Galileo
anymore so I can't go back and look. When I did it this way it said
something wasn't found. Has anyone migrated to the latest eclipse version
and loaded PHPEclipse?

I tried the new PHP package for eclipse that's shown on the eclipse site.
It comes with PDT. I tried PDT once before and got an error whenever I
tried to start a project with a folder containing PHP files. A similar
error still happens with what I just tried. I prefer PHPEclipse, anyway.

At the phpeclipse.com website the forum link is broken. I would have
posted my question to more of a user oriented forum, but it doesn't work:
