T4 Progress

Got a late start and spent some time getting the Maven plugin working
again in Eclipse 3.2

But, modified scanners to check for unsupported tidbits like:

org.apache.tapestry.page-class-packages
org.apache.tapestry.component-class-packages

marks with an error, default severity is ERROR
marker message is yet to be written
Unit tests written and run green

Tested with T4 DTD meta and T3 DTD property tags.

Next up. SF CVS is completely screwed. They have put up a new server
but the pserver connect string has changed. means I have to check out
a new working copy, manually copy my changes into it, then commit.
