Main Spindle update site has no features error
First USA site only lists 3.1.27 (after unselecting "Show latest version
of a feature only"
Second USA (easynews) shows add_ons and spindle_latest (with "Show
latest..." selected)
(timing on mirroring?)

Install from easynews worked great.
