It most definitely won't be GPL because IBM itself does not like GPL
(at least not for stuff on OS/2...). I think we can expect it with a
BSD-license model. For sure the final word is up to Achim. He should be
back this week, so expect comments later this week.

All code that is GPL (GCC for example) will for sure be released as GPL
but that doesn't mean that a libc library does have to use GPL as well
(they won't use GPLed code for sure if they release it under a
different license).
