+1 for this feature -- and for integrating it with the "source control->diff" feature in some way. I would like to use 'meld' on Ubuntu. I have been able to make this kind of work by settings "Diff options" to "--diff-cmd meld" in the subversion settings, but I still end up with an output window launched in addition to meld. My specific use case could be handled by adding a new 'diff display style' option, which would not display any output. That may not be very intuitive user interface design though. :-) Some kind of integrated feature where you could choose an external diff tool and Komodo would not only change its own compare files tool to use this feature, but automatically figure out the options needed to use that tool on any VCS would be super-awesome.
