Goodbye Window menu

Whoa, that's a pretty radical menu reorganization.

I guess it's OK, although I might suggest that such a major change belongs
in a "beta" and not in a "release candidate" - seems like the kind of thing
you might want feedback on. :-)

So here goes: I really miss being able to go Alt+W and have it take me right
to the list of open tabs. I found where it got moved, but Alt+N followed by
Alt+A isn't nearly as convenient. I wonder if there's any way to hard-wire
Alt+W to jump straight to that submenu?
