Bob,
If you happen to have the status bar open on your browser, you might notice 
that someone goofed in writing the URLs and got at least one of the 
separators backwards. The proper URL for the algebra paper is 
http://www.csi.forth.gr/~tzitzik/publications/Tzitzikas_EJC_2003.pdf and it 
just opened for me. That may be true for other papers at that site. Having 
a hacker's mentality sometimes pays off ;o)
