Hi everyone,

My name is Frank Exner, Little Bear, and I am a
Squamish Indian (from the coastal area of British
Columbia, Canada).  My involvement with faceted
classification came about when I was a library science
student; currently I am a distance D Phil student in
information science at the University of Pretoria in
South Africa.

One of my passions is knowledge organization, and
faceted classification is a wonderful tool for
research.  It doesn't hurt that one of my most exiting
teachers was Dr. MA Gopinath, SR Ranganathan's last
assistant.
