I am Trish Camozzi-Ekberg and my job includes making internal and external content findable within the company intranet. I am working with the information technology group to implement an automated classification system with the goal of improving the browsing and searching capabilities of our portal. My background includes degrees in both Business and Library & Information Science. Both were from a long time ago so I am soaking up all the discussions and articles on faceted classification. This is my first go at faceted classification.
