Domain Analysis and Reuse Environment tool(s)

Does anyone on this list know if there are tools out there that can 
decompose a document to produce a list of terms used in it? I have an 
approach I want to try, but right now I'm doing the deconstruction 
manually, so to ramp up I will need something that does it 
automagically.
