Update: Added 180 resources to Prototype nursing Facets

Hi everyone,

I have updated my nursing FacetMap with 180 resources or test 
documents.

I will be adding more soon. New parts of the taxonomy structure are  
revealed with the addition of the resources/headings.

Any and all comments and questions would be appreciated to improve  
the structure if you see something wrong etc...or feel the structure 
is not well built...etc.

Would love a discussion if anyone would like to have one.

I would like to thank Travis for the use of the demo site. =)
