True -- you've generated "Browse by Date > 1990s > " but are unable to 
quite finish the breadcrumb trail because the current heading, "1997", 
appears to be missing from the XML.

Actually, "1997" is available, it's just in a different place. "Browse by 
Date" and "1990s" are in the <superset> tag because they represent other 
pages you can browse to. "1997" is a description of where you are right 
now, so it's a bit further up in the XML, in a <heading> tag. In essence, 
the info you need is in:

<heading facet="Browse by Date" title="1997" />
...
<superset taxtitle="Browse by Date">
   <s ref="0100000000000000" title="Browse by Date" />
   <s ref="0100220000000000" title="1990s" />
</superset>

Check them out in context of the full XML data at:
