For sure I do. I use myself here Infolution <http://www.infolution.com/> .
Infolution is an automatic classifier that gives very good results,
especially given its price: ˆ 1000 !! (normally you pay around ˆ 50.000 for
this type of software, e.g. Verity, Inxight) There is even an SDK, a spider
and I understand it will soon be shipped with the Classifier: software that
allows you to train certain concepts (I do not have the Classifier yet).
Infolution outputs 4 RDF files, one with the concurrence of words (kind of
thesaurus), one with the concurrence of parts of phrases, one with the stem
form and one with typos. These RDF files can be changed and loaded again
into the engine. There is only a but…it only runs under IIS. 

Let me know if you want to give it a try. I can open up my webserver so you
can try it out.

Hi,

I am working as Information Architect at an eGov project that aims to
develop a faceted classification system for Italian Public
Administration (in particular, for citizen services offered by PA).

We manually designed and developed the classification schema, looking at
the general classification schema  by CRG (Classification Research Group).
We have also tuned  our schema through the indexation of a sample of
services.

But our customer has not sufficient people and time to do the complete
indexation process manually, so he asked us if there is a chance to
automate the indexation.

So we are wondering if anyone know anything about any intelligent agent
in order to automate the indexation process.
