True, it's free.

But,

	"You cannot edit, print or copy this document."

Noticed this when I went to print (yes, on recycled paper!) the page 
for section 5.4 -- planning to file the printed page in one of my 
project files, where it will serve as a reminder later on of other 
things to consider when creating text transcripts for audio podcasts.

It's not the end of the world that I'm not allowed to do this, of 
course ... but such restrictions do impact usability of the PDF.

Nonetheless, I'm happy to see this standard freely available, even 
with restrictions on its use.
