MSN AdCenter is part of the MSN Monetization platform working on search

developers to drive architecture and implementation of our monetization
technologies.

Job Description
Person in this role will be leading development of click fraud detection
systems which will differentiate legitimate clicks from clicks generated by
web robots and from other suspicious activity. This job will require
ability to deliver projects on schedule, ability to work in cross
functional teams, strong analytical and interpersonal skills, hands on
experience in SQL, SSIS, C++, scripting languages and statistical packages
such as Matlab or SPSS.

Requirements
Demonstrated experience in leadership roles, delivery of business critical
products is required. Candidate must have hands on experience and expert
knowledge of one or more of following technologies C++/SQL/DTS/OLAP. The
ideal candidate will have strong knowledge and expertise in information
retrieval, Internet advertising, direct marketing, statistical analysis of
data, web technologies, distributed computing, SQL, large scale data
processing, data warehousing and data mining. Degree in Artificial
Intelligence, Mathematics, Computer Science or related field is preferred.
