Thanks for the note of appreciation.

Honesty will require me, however, to lay equal weight on the other side of the coin.
Peirce's categories are the starting blocks — the Ready, Set, Bang❢ — of pragmatism
and semiotics, but too many inquiries fixate on the blocks and shy at the first hurdle.
I cannot imagine that Peirce designed his categories as catacombs, the place where
pragmatism goes to die.

So let's all be on guard against that ...
