Why not use "pootle"?

Currently I am scripting something in php5 and If a change  my  Website,
the text is automaticaly inserted into the website.po  file  and  I  (or
whoever) can translate  it  and  "pootle"  build  automaticaly  the  new
website.mo file which then automaticaly used by my php5 scripts.

You can not translate a Website faster...

Maybe you should look into it.
