[L-A Lokalisointi] Kouvola presentation version 2

Hi,

This time I included links to the presentation file and its notes, as
last time I noticed my message was moderated because of its size. Which
is good of course.

I made some small changes based on the feedback I received. I also ran a
spelling-checker over it, but it didn't find anything. I wonder if I
used it correctly, as it switched to the slide-design mode and spell-
checked the L-A name and url. 
If you find any spelling-mistakes, please let me know.
