Yes I think this lokalisointi.org would be better than suomeksi.fi
because we are doing localisation and that .org tells that we are that
kind of organisation.

I think Apache way is enough for now and cvs way of updating would be
good enough (and we get results faster). We can move to what ever system
later if we want. But getting this domain name would ease up using these
web pages and every group could link it from own web sites.
