Sounds good! Cooperating with companies to get localisation done is a
good route to take. Especially if it could be done with Tekes money.

I don't think that is prime-requisite. It can be organised without a
portal. Although having one would be good, or perhaps the weekend could
be its staging area to announce it to all parties involved.
