Grip translations for stable release

Apologies for the large distribution, but I wanted to reach everyone who 
has been involved in Grip translations in the past.

I am moving toward a new stable release for Grip (it has been on a dev 
branch for almost a year now), and I would like to have the translations 
as up to date as possible. Also, I would appreciate any final testing 
that could be done on the i18n support that is now in Grip (UTF-8 
communication to freedb, for example) -- particularly in languages not 
covered by the ISO-8859-1 encoding.
