[openi18n-im:01407] openi18n bugzilla goes 'LIVE'

Hi all,
The link on the open18n site to Mantis has been replaced by Bugzilla.
Please use the new Bug Tracking System for all future bug activities.

All users with a valid email address from the previous system have
migrated to the new system. If you require additional admin rights,
please send me an email.

Hope you will enjoy the new system and feel free to send me your
feedback to fine tune the system.
