Yes. It was once slow down but being revived recently.
We are moving its CVS repository to Subversion repository right
now.

Hmm...strange..I just connected to verify and there are 7 people(most
of them are committers) are there right at this moment, so it's not
the problem of the server.  Not really sure but one thing I can think
of is whether or not your host which is to connect from verifiable via
a reverse lookup.
