I think the point in here is to pick something that is enough worth one
and an half months of development (As development starts on Mar 01 and
end on Apr 22).

What are the stuff that can able to:
 - meet this timeframe
 - important to get it done asap
 - anyone interested to implement

It would be good if we can discuss or at least elaborate the feature
with brief description

Features that mentioned before:
- IIIMQCF
- GIMLET enhancement
  - UI
  - Communications with other part of IIIMF (i.e. getting notification
if server is up or not?)
  - Applet (moves to systray to support Qt/KDE?)
- A common configuration tools/placeholder for different LE?
- Common GUI framework
- m17nlib support
- hotkey/trigger key area (anything else like xml config?)
- namespace I/O API
- vmseparator
- Keyboard mapper
- Increase performance/decrease footprint?
- Some ways normal user without running root (or different users) to
enable IIIMF access?
- Specific LEs new features?
- more?
