[openi18n-im:01325] Re: iiimf regression test report

Hi Phill,
Apologies for the delay.

My initial intention was to provide a bare help file so that everyone
can view the result within the email. 

Unfortunately as the html file attached is the result of me saving a
page from the Test Case repository system, hence, the link is broken.
The function of the link is meant to retrieve date from the database. 

Most of the information are bugs report filed earlier.
