[openi18n-im:01326] Re: iiimf regression test report

One of the ideas that maybe possible in the future is having a test case 
system on openi18n.org. It will be the time when we have couple of people 
present as testing/QA contributors as they needed to have a system to 
coordinate the whole test case suite.
