Kva skal me omsetta «scrubbing» til? Wikipedia har definisjonen
(https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Scrubbing_%28audio%29):

    In digital audio <https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Digital_audio>
    editing, *scrubbing* is an interaction in which a user drags a
    cursor
    <https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pointer_%28graphical_user_interfaces%29>
    or playhead across a segment of a waveform
    <https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Waveform> to hear it.^[1]
    <https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Scrubbing_%28audio%29#cite_note-1>
    Scrubbing is a convenient way to quickly navigate an audio file
    <https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Audio_file_format>, and is a common
    feature of modern DAWs
    <https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Digital_audio_workstation> and other
    audio editing software
    <https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Digital_audio_editor>. The term comes
    from the early days of the recording industry and refers to the
    process of physically moving tape reels to locate a specific point
    in the audio track; this gave the engineer
    <https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Audio_Engineer> the impression that
    the tape was being scrubbed, or cleaned. […]

Eg oppfattar at det også kan brukast om tilsvarande funksjon for
videofiler. Mitt umiddelbare forslag er «skrubbing». Like umiddelbart
uforståeleg som det engelske ordet, men lett gjenkjenneleg for dei som
kjenner til det.
