Ny struktur på KDE-omsettingar

Til orientering er no KDE-omsettingane delt i tre greiner
(mot to f=F8r). M=E5 vil alts=E5 driva med parallellomsetting
av tre versjonar av ein del program.

Merk at dette ikkje har noko =E5 seia for oss, sidan me brukar
