Access Violation / ECC errors

I recently purchased a Mac-version iPod, and I've come to love Ephpod 
(thanks!).  However, since installing it (and MacOpener's trial), I get 
Access Violation errors nearly every time I run Ephpod.  I have used both 
the 2.51 version and the 2.60f version.  An easy way to reproduce this is to 
run Ephpod without the iPod connected.  Then, hit 'Cancel' on the first 
screen.  Guaranteed, it will give a Windows XP error:

"Ephpod.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close.  We are sorry for 
the inconvenience.  If you were in the middle of something, the information 
you were working on might be lost."

Then, I get:

"Application Error
Exception EAccessViolation in module EphPod.exe at 0006EB80.
Access Violation at address 0106EB80 in module 'EphPod.exe'. Read of address 
000920A0."

I am sure that my trial of MacOpener is still functional.

Also, occasionally I get ECC error messages from my RAID array when the iPod 
is plugged in.  Is this a MacOpener bug?
