Assuming that you meant to say "...it will NOT load or play..." then let me
ask,
are you renaming the xxxxx.MP4 files to xxxxx.M4A before you try to transfer
them with Ephpod? If not, that should do it.

I'm using the new Ephpod 2.70a and encoding mp4 files with nero/aac
encoder. I'm trying to transfer songs to Ipod Windows (1.3) version and
it will load or play on ipod. Please help??

I've found that even obvious differences are less obvious in blind
testing.
ymmv. Based on blind tests around here, telling the difference between
lame -aps and original wav is much easier than telling the difference
between psytel -normal, nero normal/high and original wav.
