Hey all, this is my first post. I recently got a 5GB ipod in December and it
worked fine on my Windows 2000 400mhz Compaq. Only recently has it stopped
working, I believe its strictly a computer problem because when i plugged it into
my friends computer, it worked perfectly. when plugged into my computer, I
checked out the device manager and the iPod was there, although it had the
yellow caution exclamation point thingy next to it and said that there was no
driver available for it. and whenever I run the iPod updater, it freezes and then
tells me that it "Can't Mount iPod!" I'm seriously confused on this one. I
disconnected and reconnected my firewire card and switched cable ports, and still
no luck. any insights on what could be the problem?
