Yes, it does appear to be a problem with the 2.0 firmware. Just
connecting the iPod into the computer (without starting ephpod) causes
it to lose the bookmark.=20

Prior to firmware 2.0, there was a bug on Windows iPods which made=20
them to loose audible bookmarks after a reset (this includes plugging
and=20
unplugging to a computer). It's not an EphPod bug, it's an iPod bug.

I don't know how's the situation with 2.0, but from what you say, it
might=20
be that the bug is still there. To make sure, plug the iPod to the PC,
wait=20
for it to be mounted, then don't launch EphPod at all, simply eject and=20
unplug it. Check your audible bookmarks. If they are gone, then it's the

firmware. If they're there, then it's EphPod's fault.

Oh, and I guess you mean EphPod 2.70, as this is the latest version=20
(check Help -> About).
