Okay, some suggestions on getting Audible Bookmarks to work with firmware 2.0... Any of you who were having problems -- try this and let me know what happens: Here's what our QA folks report for situations in which this can occur: 1. Someone has an older version of Ipod services on the PC. We noticed that telling customers to un-install MusicMatch, and re-install from the CD works. 2. If they drain the battery of the iPod, then plug the unit in.
