Hi I think this issue has been mentioned before. I was using the sync option to update my ipod with my music dir but after 2 or 3 sync's the free space on my pod dropped considerably when I checked for duplicates it said "all songs exist" but when i search for all mp3 files containing part of a song title 3 instances were found. it looks like only the database is checked. is there a way of checking for duplicate files. thanks jc ____________________________ John Carter BSS O&M Development group, Motorola, Mahon Industrial Estate, Cork.
