If you look at your EphPod group in Start -> Programs, you should see an 
"EphPod - Sync And Quit" item. If you inspect its properties, you'll see it 
uses the command line switch "SYNCANDQUIT" (w/o hypen, and maybe 
you'll need it in uppercase).

AFAIK, that's the only command line switch recognized.
