batch encoding: see the aac forum of www.hydrogenaudio.org for a vbs script
to batch encode with QT.

1) already the subject of numerous comments. if you are an adventurous
soul, download php (a widely used script language) and my tagging script
(also in the aac forum on hydrogenaudio). the script write tags and adds a
fake normalization field, so it works with ephpod. or use dbpoweramp
instead of ephpod. it doesn't have as many nice features as ephpod, but
will load mp4's to the ipod and read tags correctly.

2) already the subject of numerous comments. agreed

3) the current ephpod does not read mp4 bitrates correctly. this does not
seem to make any difference to the ipod.

Joe's work is certainly appreciated. let's hope he can release a few beta
soon to deal with these issues (and add more fancy stuff later).
