Tom W., I don't know why I received your message which seem to be sent ephpod. I believe what you're talking about is a wma file (Windows Media). EphPod doesn't convert songs into different format. It just allows you to organize them. It will let you load them onto your iPod as well as wav and MP3 files. I think you need a program like MusicMatch to convert wma to MP3. tj ----- Original Message ----- From: "Thomjw" <[email protected]> To: <[email protected]> Sent: Monday, September 01, 2003 11:06 PM Subject: [ephpod] windows audio file conversion? > Hi, I have been paying for music and downloading songs from buymusic.com. It uses windows media player 9, and it says the songs are windows audio file type. my question is if I buy an ipod (original 5gb type) and use ephod with my pc type laptop windows 2000. will ephod be able to convert these songs, or will it read them ok in this format? > thanks, > Tom W. > > ------------------------------------------------------ > ephPod Mailing List > FAQ and HomePage http://www.ephpod.com > mailto:[email protected] to susbcribe > mailto:[email protected] to unsusbcribe > mailto:[email protected] the mailing-list itself > > > > > > ------------------------------------------------------ ephPod Mailing List FAQ and HomePage http://www.ephpod.com mailto:[email protected] to susbcribe mailto:[email protected] to unsusbcribe mailto:[email protected] the mailing-list itself
