Yes, that is true, but it's damn slow. Mine delivers pretty much
instantly.

Most probably, or they are using a dynamic ip lookup designed for dialup
customers

Long term it's not an issue, as I'm moving the box to a co-lo within the
next few months and it'll have a "proper" ip. And it's Demon customers
and Bigfoot People. Bigfoot bounces them all, demon seems to do it
intermittently.
