We have customers using it. Seems to work fine, although I haven't personally logged into it for quite a while. My impression was that it is no worse then the main administrator control panel, and looks a tiny bit better. And doesn't require committing, which scares of a lot of people. I have no problem with it going away, as long as there is still an easy to use alternative for clients to log in and perform actions on their domains such as tweaking websites or adding/modifying users.
