The problem with doing it in ispman is that is a tool for the server administrator or domain administrator, not really for the end user. They have ftp access for .forwards and .vacation. Openwebmail is what I'm using (which I don't recommend as it only talks mbox which means uw-imap). However other webmail interfaces are other avenues if ftp is too difficult.
