U can use sieve, I'm using cyrus2.2 without perdition and i make users
access sieve trough squirrelmail with avelsieve plugin. Unfortunately this
job is not officially supported by ispman.

Consider to work in this direction, and wait until there will be a
backward compatible cyrus 2.2.x solution or code something by yourself.
