Initial Comment:
My vhosts.conf.hash had a bunch of old entries in it
which kept being generated into vhosts.conf even after
the offending entries were removed from the frontend
and the LDAP directory. What on earth were you thinking?

I am using ispman-1.2-bf1, upgraded from 0.9.
