Summary: bind8 interface library creates non-working zone files

Initial Comment:
ISPman generates zone files which do not work with
BIND, as far as I can tell. The problem is that it
creates the 'catchAllCNAME' entry regardless of whether
the conf entry is set to 'none', left blank or removed
altogether. This entry has a syntax error, thus no zone
files work.

This has been an issue in ispman 0.9 and 1.2-bf1.
